The Estimated Delivery Times are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours; if you don’t see tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at service@rayderma.com.

Shipment Contract, Risk of Loss & Damages
Shipping time is estimated and commences on the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address entered by the purchaser, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing addresses. If you realize that an error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible. Rayderma is not responsible for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.

All Goods purchased through the Site are delivered by third-party carriers under a shipment contract effective at the time of purchase. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the third-party carrier. Rayderma is not liable for any delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (including acts of nature, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or other force majeure).

Rayderma is not responsible for packages that carriers confirm as delivered but are then reported as lost or stolen. We do not offer refunds or replacements for such cases.
